WHY MY TOMTOM GO-630 LOST SIGNAL AND DO NOT WORK ?

IT IS HARD TO UNDERSTAD WHY YOU DO NOT SUPPORT / UPDATE MY DEVICE ANYMORE !! - - - IT IS AGAINST LOYAL-OLD CUSTOMMER !! YOU SHOULD SUPPORT ALL OF YOUR PRODUCT IF STILL WORKING AND GOOD TECHNICAL QUALITY AS MINE IS !

IT IS VERY SAD AND CRUEL TO DO THIS AGAINST ME ...

BUT WHAT IS WORST I COULD EVER EXPECT IS --- YOU DO NOT SUPPORT / UPDATE MY DEVICE ANYMORE !!






"Your device TomTom GO 630 is no longer updates, supported and it's not possible to buy new maps and services for your device.”

This is what TomTom do against their customers - TomTom do cut off service / UPDATE / SIGNAL suddenly and interested just ME to buy new device !!

FORGET IT !!!!!!!!!!

They want to be like a sharks in bizz - egoist only !!

MY ADVICE TO TOMTOM IS:

1.) do care your customers and if you want to liquidate older deivce and support / update - think twice !!

2.) You should support all of your customers as long as they want you ! If you wanna change service then help your old and loyal (BY YEARS) customers (AS ME) and service - change my old device for your new device for free or not more than 10% of market price.

AS FOR TODAY ALL LOOKS TOTAL WRONG AND LIKE EGOIST GREED FOR MONEY ONLY !!

I do publish worldwide my problem with TomTom to warn other people to not buy any TomTom because TomTom play dirty tricks against good and loyal customers !!
